Originating from the takeover of the Quebec Podiatric Medicine Clinic, previously operated by Dr. François Allart, podiatrist, the clinic ensures continuity of care while integrating a structured and innovative model focused on clinical excellence.
Under the leadership of Dr. Judith Roelly, podiatrist, and her associate Dr. Marie-Michelle Fecteau, podiatrist, the clinic fully deploys the PiedRéseau approach to enhance the patient experience, optimize clinical processes, and expand the range of services in the Les Rivières borough.

Notice to patients – Taking possession of files and retirement
As of March 6, 2026, in the context of my retirement, the custody of my patient files has been transferred to Dr. Marie-Michelle Fecteau, podiatrist, and Dr. Judith Roelly, podiatrist, who have acquired the clinic. The Quebec Podiatric Medicine Clinic is now called PiedRéseau Les Rivières.

Patients have a period of 90 days following the publication of this notice to request the transfer of their file to another professional or to retrieve the elements of their file that belong to them. Failing a request within this period, the files will be retained by the new podiatrists, in accordance with current standards.
Retirement message
After many years passionately dedicated to podiatric medicine, the time has come for me to turn an important page in my life and retire.
This decision is filled with emotion. Beyond my involvement in the evolution of podiatric medicine and the care provided, it is mainly the human connections woven over time that have given meaning to my career. It has been a privilege to accompany you and to contribute, in my own way, to your well-being.
It is with confidence and serenity that I pass the baton to competent, caring, and dedicated fellow podiatrists, who will continue this mission with the same concern for quality and attention.
