2D and 3D digital imaging - PiedRéseau Kirkland

The 2D and 3D digital imaging service at PiedRéseau Kirkland is an essential component of our podiatric care offerings. This advanced technology allows for precise foot digitization, capturing the imprint of the feet using specialized devices. The 2D imaging utilizes a podograph to create a detailed representation of the foot’s plantar surface, while the 3D scanning method employs a three-dimensional sensor to accurately reproduce the entire foot morphology. Together, these techniques facilitate rapid diagnosis and the creation of custom-made plantar orthotics, enhancing patient care and comfort.

At PiedRéseau Kirkland, we understand the importance of accurate foot assessments in addressing various podiatric concerns. Our clinic, established in 2012, is dedicated to providing superior podiatric care to the community of southwestern Montreal. The integration of 2D and 3D digital imaging into our practice allows us to not only diagnose foot conditions effectively but also to evaluate postural imbalances and tailor orthotic solutions to meet individual patient needs.

The PiedRéseau Kirkland team includes Dr. Marilyne Langlois, the podiatrist-owner, who has been leading the clinic since its inception. Dr. Frédéric Iskandar, another skilled podiatrist, joined the team to enhance our service offerings. Both practitioners are committed to providing comprehensive podiatric care, utilizing the latest technologies, including digital imaging, to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
