Practicing as a podiatrist since obtaining his doctorate in 2013, Dr. Keven Lambert is also the founder of the largest podiatric clinic network in Quebec: PiedRéseau.

Initially at the helm of the Lambert Podiatric Center in Sherbrooke (2013), he then expanded the reach of his expertise by opening a second establishment that would become the cornerstone of the network: the Lambert Podiatric Center in Granby.

Concerned with standardizing podiatric care offered throughout the province, Dr. Lambert, podiatrist, has managed to rally more than forty podiatric clinics within his organization since 2018.

A centralized vision of podiatric practice

Prior to founding his clinics and PiedRéseau, Keven Lambert, DPM, completed his doctorate in podiatric medicine at the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières.

During his time in university, the practitioner was also able to refine his skills by participating in a hospital internship at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine.

His university training allowing him to intervene with patients with varied issues, Dr. Lambert, podiatrist, maintains an interest in treating pain among a diverse clientele.

Regularly called upon to orchestrate biomechanical examinations and therapeutic laser treatments, the young founder of PiedRéseau possesses the certifications necessary to provide comprehensive care.

He notably holds a certificate in foot ultrasound and a radiology license that give him the opportunity to further enhance the scope of his diagnoses.

A professional with a strong sense of duty, Dr. Madeline Nicol, podiatrist, has been practicing since 2018. A collaborator with PiedRéseau since obtaining her degree, the podiatrist initially split her time between the podiatry clinics in Granby and Sherbrooke. Now firmly established in Estrie, she successfully complements the team of podiatrists at the PiedRéseau clinic in Granby.

A recent graduate of the Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières, Dr. Nicol, podiatrist, possesses very current technical knowledge. The internship in diabetic foot care that she completed as part of her studies can attest to this.

As an intern in health facilities in Joliette, Sherbrooke, and Trois-Rivières, Dr. Nicol, podiatrist, was able to establish a much more direct contact with patients from diverse backgrounds. It is also there that she was able to learn more about diabetic wound care, a subject that piques her curiosity.

In addition to her university training, Madeline Nicol, DPM, regularly participates in the continuing education initiatives of the Order of Podiatrists of Quebec.

Fascinated by the sciences of the human body since always, Dr Vincent Désilets, podiatrist, first completed a college diploma in Natural Sciences (health profile), before successfully obtaining his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine at UQTR.

Dr Désilets, podiatrist, has always shown a deep interest in sports podiatry. He has been involved since his university years in the education and prevention of foot problems related to sports activities. He also promotes the importance of podiatry at sporting events such as the Bromont Ultra or the Quebec Mega Trail. And to refine his knowledge, he decides to undergo training at the Clinique du Coureur for the management of podiatric pathologies in athletes. He now provides quality care to patients who need to treat their injuries or relieve their foot or ankle pain.

This passion for the health of the moving foot, Dr Désilets, podiatrist, has naturally developed through his personal hobbies. A sports enthusiast, he has been playing basketball since childhood and has completed several marathons. Persistent and determined to give his best, he is now pursuing his path towards ultra-endurance sports.

A unique and distinguished journey

Dr. Lottinville, podiatrist, first obtained a bachelor’s degree in ecology from the University of Sherbrooke in 2016, which allowed him to acquire scientific rigor and develop his critical thinking. With this solid foundation, combined with several years of experience in the environment, he then turned to the health field and successfully obtained his first-cycle doctorate in podiatric medicine from the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières.

The latter advocates for interprofessional collaboration and is convinced that to effectively relieve his patients’ symptoms, he must first identify the source of their problems. Being aware of the importance of evidence-based data and staying up to date with knowledge in the field, he perfects his mastery of vascular, neurological, dermatological, biomechanical examination techniques, and medical imaging. Through gait analysis and the study of anatomy, he establishes clear and precise diagnoses that allow him to effectively treat his patients’ pain.

In addition to the knowledge and skills acquired during his doctorate, he was the first student to complete an internship at the prestigious Zivot Limb Preservation Centre located in Calgary. This is a renowned institute in a hospital setting where he improves his mastery of wound care and surgical techniques, including amputations. Diabetic patients suffering from foot lesions or ulcers can rely on his expertise in a human and friendly atmosphere.

An active and bold podiatrist

It is indeed this kindness and altruism that led Dr. Lottinville, podiatrist, to undertake several humanitarian trips and various conservation missions around the world. Having lived internationally for several years, this adventurer demonstrates great adaptability and open-mindedness.
