Dr. Sandrine Matte, podiatrist - PiedRéseau Vimont/Laval
Holder of a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from UQTR since 2016, Dr. Sandrine Matte, podiatrist, already enjoys a very varied professional experience. A mother of 4 children, she has a gentle and comforting approach for little ones.
Return to the fold
In addition to her time at the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières, Dr. Matte, podiatrist, completed a 4-month internship at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. During this period, she was able to strengthen her skills in pediatric podiatry, orthopedics, and foot surgery.
Before returning to her hometown of Laval, Dr. Matte, podiatrist, also interned at various hospitals and worked in several regions of Quebec, including the South Shore of Montreal, Montreal, and Mascouche.
An involved podiatrist here and abroad
In 2015, as part of her academic journey, Dr. Matte, podiatrist, participated in a humanitarian mission in Vietnam.
This fruitful collaboration with the Association of Podiatrists Without Borders provided her with the opportunity to establish a privileged contact with the local population while enhancing her technical skills.
Like her colleague, Dr. Matte, podiatrist, has been very involved with Accueil Bonneau as a therapist during charitable events.
