Dr. Jéremy Fabre, podiatrist - PiedRéseau Saint-Hyacinthe – Soin des pieds
Dr. Fabre is a podiatrist with a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivières. Before starting his podiatry training, he completed a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in kinesiology, gaining solid expertise in biomechanics, physical performance, and injury prevention.
During his clinical internships, he paid particular attention to diabetic foot care and amputation prevention, notably at the Zivot Limb Preservation Centre at Peter Lougheed Hospital in Calgary (Alberta), as well as at the Lanaudière Regional Hospital Center (CHRL) in Joliette. These experiences have strengthened his patient-centered approach in managing complex foot pathologies, particularly in the care of diabetic foot.
Passionate about sports medicine, he relies on a biomechanical approach and evidence-based literature to treat musculoskeletal disorders of the foot and ankle. He offers a variety of services, including diagnostic medical imaging, custom foot orthotics, ultrasound-guided injections, and other methods available at the clinic.
Outside of practice, he is a fan of team sports, music, the outdoors, and dogs. His active lifestyle inspires an empathetic and practical approach aimed at helping his patients stay active, pain-free, and continue doing what they love.
