Graduating from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia in 1996, Dr. Philippe Legaré, podiatrist, established his practice in Trois-Rivières. Driven by passion, he continuously renews and enhances his skills through specialized training, such as Active Release Techniques® (ART®), Motion and Palpation Institute (MPI), neuro-proprioceptive taping, Dynamic Tape, posturology, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and various advancements in biomechanics, particularly in the field of running.

In 2003, following the passing of one of his colleagues and mentors, Ronald Perrault, he took over Cryos Technologies, his mentor’s orthotics laboratory, with renowned associates. Here, he conducted research and development on posture analysis and technological innovations aimed at improving orthotics, including 3D printing, the design and creation of the CryoScan3D foot impression scanner, and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques.

Dedicated to the development and future of his profession, Dr. Philippe Legaré, Podiatrist, worked as an instructor at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières for seven years in the doctorate program in podiatric medicine, where he supervised students during their clinical training. He has also been a tutor for medical students at the Université de Montréal during Problem-Based Learning on the musculoskeletal system at the CIUSSS de Trois-Rivières for the past four years.

He is also committed to mentoring future podiatric professionals, serving as a consultant to guide young podiatrists in their professional journey, first during the startup of their clinics and later providing support in various areas. Additionally, Dr. Philippe Legaré, podiatrist, presented at international biomechanics and prescription of orthotics conferences (PFOLA) in 2005 (Vancouver) and 2006 (Chicago). He has also been a speaker in podopediatrics for the continuing education of the Ordre des podiatres du Québec and the Association des Médecins omnipraticiens de la Mauricie.

Finally, Dr. Philippe Legaré, podiatrist, is passionate about running. He has participated in several half-marathons, marathons, and the 2014 Ironman 70.3 Mont-Tremblant. He will be delighted to share his extensive expertise in this field with you.
