 Dr. Catherine Roy Bénard

Graduating in 2015, Dr. Catherine Roy Bénard, DPM, has accumulated several years of professional experience in podiatry and has been a member of the team at Clinique Podiatrique Stéphanie Bonneau Inc since 2023. Holding a first-cycle Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Roy Bénard treats her patients with a compassionate and open-minded approach.

Dr. Roy Bénard, DPM, completed four years of podiatric medical training at UQTR. Her academic training concluded in 2015 with a four-month internship at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. In the same year, she also completed an internship in wound care at the regional hospital center of Lanaudière, as well as internships in various private clinics in the greater Montreal area. This clinical exposure allowed her to become familiar with diabetic patients and those undergoing hemodialysis.

Beyond her academic qualifications, podiatrist Roy Bénard also has training in manual foot therapy and a radiology license that allows her to expand the range of care she provides.

As a member of the Ordre des podiatres du Québec, Dr. Roy Bénard, DPM, complies with the mandatory annual continuing education requirements.

Dr. Roy Bénard’s personal qualities and professional skills make her a multidisciplinary podiatrist capable of assisting athletes as well as young or elderly patients with various issues.

Having had a growing interest in travel from a young age, Dr. Roy Bénard, DPM, has been able to combine this interest with her podiatric vocation. In August 2014, she traveled to Morocco to provide podiatric care in a small Berber village.

Dr. Catherine Roy Bénard, DPM, orchestrates podiatric treatments by advocating for a transparent and compassionate approach tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
